Capoeira Narahari is a Silicon Valley based martial arts school. Mestre Beiçola, a native from Rio de Janeiro, leads the group under the umbrella organization of Brazil Culture and Arts. Mestre Beiçola's work developing Capoeira programs in the United States and around the world is influenced by his Brazilian heritage, as well as by his studies and appreciation of Indian spiritual philosophy. The teachings of ancient India inspired name of our Capoeira group "Narahari" which means half-lion half-man in the Sanskrit language.
